Primary Responsibilities:
This position involves conducting sampling and testing in microbiology, environmental monitoring, and supporting activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Skills & Requirements:
- Associates Degree or higher in a Science-related field, BS preferred.
- Prior lab experience is preferred.
- Basic science background and familiarity with cGMP.
- Experience with microbiology and environmental monitoring.
- Suitable for recent graduates with relevant education experience.
The QC Laboratory Technician's responsibilities will be:
- Perform routine testing and sampling functions in the microbiology laboratory.
- Develop knowledge of functional area policies, procedures, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Maintain training requirements for assigned tasks.
- Work independently or in a team to meet or exceed objectives and performance indicators.
- Understand and maintain effective communication with internal and external customers.
- Contribute to projects and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
- Comply with all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and report unsafe conditions.
- Adhere to Quality Compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
